(15min posture analysis + 50min demo session + 25min program design and pacakge presentation)

 

During your assessment session, we will analyze your posture, flexibility, strength, and muscle balance. The instructor will create a personalized program of Pilates exercises for you that incorporate into your subsequent sessions.

Starts from: $80/session+HST

Partner Session 

Starts from: $60/session/person+HST

Group Session

$499/12 session +HST per month 

$399/8 session +HST per month

Length: 55min - 60 min

(55min session + 5min of preparation/warm up and cool down / clean up)
